That is why Natascha Holwedel created a set of three knives for those with a decreased use of their hands. Her clever swivel system changes the angle of the blade to suit users with or without a disability. “I noticed that people felt embarrassed about having to use special knives. I wanted to create a functional and beautiful design that looks like a regular knife so users don’t have to feel different.”
