WHAT
A digital journal that serves as a stress management tool for adolescents. It combines the benefits of a private diary with interactive features that offer comfort when needed.

WHY
Oldashioned paper journals are losing ground to social media platforms like Instagram. But with this shift, important qualities are lost: instead of secretly writing down your deepest thoughts, the whole world is watching, and the pressure to be ‘perfect’ is high. ‘Dear#Me’ offers more online privacy and the freedom to be yourself.

HOW
Users can choose between a private or public mode, and share information completely anonymously. Moreover, they don’t have to fit into a standard format, but can design their own interface instead.
