Not only are we largely made of water, water is also one of our
primary necessities of life. Diana Strele has designed a range of
water carafes Cavitas that demonstrate a play on our anatomy.
The carafes, made of blown glass and porcelain, are all abstract
renditions of our organs. Fragile, strong, elegant, macabre and yet
familiar. Life-giving like a heart, a liver, or a kidney
