Aquamotion

There are many different types of mixer taps, but they all work the same way. The water flows from an extended mouth, and volume and temperature are controlled using two tap heads or a lever. Jelmer Moorman has primarily focused on movement and interaction in designing the controls for his Aquamotion mixer tap. Turn the tap to start the water flowing and determine the temperature by moving the lever to the left or to the right. This new, active type of controlling is accurate and straightforward and adds another dimension to using the tap.
