Error, the lost Romance

The three outfits that Juhee Hahm has designed for ‘Error, the lost Romance’ intend to disrupt our routines. Technological advances have made our lives much more efficient. But with the efficiency comes fleetingness, lack of effort, and predictability. Juhee believes we should not lose the Romantic notion of savouring the moment in our daily lives. The cumbersome straps, the Velcro sleeves and exaggerated volume of her clothes are her ‘errors’ that make us slow down and experience the act of getting dressed more intensely. Because experiencing annoyance, distraction and difficulty adds depth and value to our lives.
