Monade Capsule

In modern urban life we seem to spend much of our day in offices or apartment buildings, cut off from the outside world. Inspired by minimal living spaces designed for extreme conditions, such as spaceships, submarines and bunkers, Alice Bleton created ‘Monade Capsule’. This transparent rooftop pod above the city offers a temporary escape while also allowing us to re-engage with our environment. Like a mountain refuge, it provides a quiet breathing space and new point of view. Spread across the architecture, the pods together can create a network of unique lookouts – a new way to observe and embrace our habitat.
