DAE and a group of DAE Friends - Woonbedrijf, Vescom, EE Labels and GGzE - went to the presentation Linking Process in Milan during the Salone del Mobile on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 April. The fully packed first day (with personal talks and guidance by DAE curator Miriam van der Lubbe, designer Aldo Bakker, art director Gijs Bakker and the curator of Z33) ended in the pop-up restaurant of Eindhoven based chocolate artist Amaro.
On Thursday after the Milan Breakfast, our Friends browsed the city of Milan looking for inspiration. Ingrid de Boer, director of Woonbedrijf: “Design Academy Eindhoven had a wonderful exhibition, curated by Miriam van der Lubbe, in an inspiring building, in a vibrant part of Milan with enthusiastic students.”
