Last thursday, 22 May, the BRAINS awards were handed out in Muziekgebouw Frits Philips. We are happy to congratulate Roel Deeden who won the Bright Move / TU/e Innovation prize of €5000,- with his 'Printhesis'.

Franciska Meijers also won the amount of €5000,- with her Cool Shelter wall. She was chosen by the jury to receive the Lage Landen Sustainability prize.

Other prize winners were:

Jeremy Stam (SUMMA College), with a crutch attenuator: Bright Move / TU/e Innovation prize, €5000,-.

Martijn Peeters (TU/e) with his 'Eggy - Grey and still Active': Leefbaarheidsprijs, €5000,-.

Marco Baetsen (Fontys) and Paul Jansen (TU/e) with 'Stratumsepoort': Collaboration prize, €2.500,-.

Anouk Kauffeld (TU/e) with Awair: Most voted for by the audience, €2.500,-
