From 13 June to 21 June, de Bijenkorf Eindhoven will open a special pop-up store where you can buy products made by Design Academy students. In the last few months, students in the Man and Activity department have made a collection of 21 products, varying from lamps and candleholders to a fishing pole.
On the website thethingswemake.nl you can already get acquainted to the students and their designs.
De Bijenkorf and DAE have started this collaboration to give students the opportunity to experience the reality of designing a product, producing a product, creating packaging and selling the final product for a reasonable price in a real shop. De Bijenkorf has worked together with the students to ensure the quality of the products and the way they are presented.
