Last year Studio Job worked with Venini, producer of Murano glass, to develop the large Arnolfini
chandelier, a suspended still life. This year, the collaboration with Arnolfini continues, and they
will unveil a polychromatic version using Venini’s entire palette of coloured glass.

For Nodus, the Milan producer of high-quality rugs, Nynke has followed up on last year’s
success with two new rug designs from the The Book of Job. Panthéon and The Birth promise to
be beautiful hand-knotted works of art.
GOTHIC CHAIR & FIRMSHIP CARPET
The Unexpected Welcome / Moooi Showroom, via Tortona 37

Job bought a magnificent 16th-century neo-Gothic chair in an antique shop and put it on the
table at Moooi, proposing that this complex handcrafted archetype can be produced by the
industrial method of rotational moulding. Studio Job drew up a design that acknowledged all the
limitations of rotational moulding without sacrificing the character of the original model.
JOB OFFICE
Just Solutions / Lensvelt / Ag 22, via Alserio 22

The design for Lensvelt is Job, an archetypal office cabinet with an enormous polished bronze
key that fits into an ingenious giant lock: the perfect symbiosis between industrial mass
production and the personal object. The cabinet is available in no fewer than 13 colours, from
the standard RAL 7035 to a duo of pinkish-white and sunshine yellow.
