Yesterday we welcomed the jury of the Social Design Talent award 2014.The prize is awarded every year during Dutch Design Week. Last year Dave Hakkens won the award with his Plastic Fantastic project. Will another DAE graduate win this year?

Laura Ferriere and Eleonore Delisse - The White Building
Ton Ewals - Mantis
Julia Veldhuijzen van Zanten - Protective Underwear
The jury - head of strategy sector Robert Elbrink, councillor Jessica van Eijs and Jaap Haenen - went to see the projects for themselves and talked to the nominees.
Next friday at 17:00 the winner will be announced after the debate Social Design for Wicked Problems organized by Het Nieuwe Instituut at Design Academy Eindhoven. The winner will be rewarded with an assignment for the city of Eindhoven worth 10.000,-
